I’m convinced there is immeasurable value in every person. Sometimes complications can cloud our view of ourselves and our path forward. With a little time, teamwork, and intentionality, growth is possible.

For over five years, I’ve helped others discover a new curiosity and compassion toward their own story. I utilize an evidence-based approach to therapy, guiding individuals to understand how the mind, body and spirit are interconnected. We begin by identifying your desired outcomes, followed by exploring your past experiences and challenges, then developing tools that pave a way for fresh perspective and personal development.
Yes, it is hard work! But I’m convinced that acknowledging the hard is the first step toward healing.
If we courageously choose to sit in our discomfort, the discomfort will lead us to an understanding of what drives our intuitions, passions, and motives. As we move towards a place of acceptance, we acknowledge we are in control of the hard instead of the hard being in control of us.

My Approach
My approach to individual therapy is grounded in evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) in individual sessions.
