I’m an advocate for embracing the entirety of life's experiences – whether they're messy, difficult, or broken, as well as joyful, beautiful, and simple. When we recognize our resilience and contentment stem from embracing imperfections, we discover freedom from feeling stuck.
I believe every person deserves to have someone in their life that will listen non-judgmentally and offer unbiased counsel. Your thoughts and feelings don't have to define you. There are many different evidence- based strategies that we can explore to help get you to where you want to be.

In our one-on-one sessions, my focus is on you and your needs. We begin by identifying your desired outcomes, followed by exploring your past experiences and challenges, then developing tools that pave a way for fresh perspective and personal development.

I offer consultation for fully licensed mental health and allied professionals who are looking to enhance and expand their skillset.
I understand the unique challenges that come with leadership roles—balancing organizational climate and culture with your personal values (let alone managing your budget in today’s economic landscape).
My role is to provide a supportive space where you can reflect, explore, and grow. Grounded in a psychoanalytic and strengths-based perspective, my approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on your professional goals.

My Therapeutic Approach
My approach to individual therapy is grounded in evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Insight-Oriented Therapy in individual sessions.
Therapy is all about the collaborative connection we form. I foster a professional, comfortable, conversation-friendly environment that is unique to each person I work with.
